Aaron Wan-Bissaka joined a host of FIFA 19 experts in a hotly contested ePremier League play-off that looked to select two Palace fans to represent the Eagles in the forthcoming ePremier League final.
He faced-off with a selection of talented fans looking to compete alongside fellow Premier League clubs' representatives at the end of March. The Eagles' ambassadors will be Michael Faria and Damian Augustyniak, who were Xbox and PS4 winners respectively.
Upon winning the Xbox play-off, Faria said: "I feel amazing honestly. I kept possession, I felt good about keeping possession but it was a hard game. I was nervous for this but I'm going to be more nervous for the final!
"It's going to be a tough one but at the end of the day I'm going to try to perform my hardest, practice and do what I do."
Less successful in the tournament was Palace's Wan-Bissaka, who, despite lauding his own eSports abilities before kicking-off, struggled against more seasoned pros...
"I was confident," he said, "but I didn't expect what I came up against today. It just showed me I shouldn't talk like that next time. But these lot are very good, they're good gamers."
