It was a strong February for the Eagles, with three wins in six matches in all competitions – and after his bright start to life at Crystal Palace, you've voted Evann Guessand as your NET88 Player of the Month!
The 24-year-old duly earned his first Palace start – and his first match at Selhurst Park – against Burnley a few days later , before coming off the bench in his next appearance in SE25 to turn home a 90th-minute winner against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
And four days later, Guessand was at it in SE25 again, winning your Player of the Match poll and scoring a vital late second with a powerful drive in the 2-0 UEFA Conference League win over HSK Zrinjski Mostar, while also completing a match-high three of five dribbles.
Guessand was presented with the award by fellow new arrival Jørgen Strand Larsen, who won LOADED Goal of the Month, after training.
"I'm surprised, but thank you to the fans for voting for me!" Guessand told Palace TV.
"I'm really happy – hopefully we're going to have other wins again, especially the next one against Spurs, so I'm really happy for this award, thank you!"
Guessand's displays saw him pick up 46.0% of supporters votes for February, with captain Dean Henderson – who recorded three clean sheets in six games – securing 21.6%, and Tyrick Mitchell third on 15.3%.
