The Palace for Life Foundation is running a number of FREE sessions and events throughout the week for all ages and abilities across south London that are shown below and it's a great opportunity to get involved.
There is also the chance to cheer on Crystal Palace Ladies FC on Sunday 12th November when they take on Chichester City Ladies at Bromley FC in the FA Women’s Premier South League.
