Pape Souare has been posting on his official Instagram page to keep fans up to date with his recovery following thigh and jaw injuries sustained in a car accident last month.
The Senegal international has shared images of himself on the road to recovery, as well as a number with friends and former teammates - several of whom have played for Palace during their careers.
Here's the first image of the left-back up and about as he continues his recovery:
Ex-Eagle Emmanuel Adebayor also paid Pape a visit at his home last week.
