Ward was injured against Stoke City last weekend and misses out on the season finale, handing another chance for Wan-Bissaka, who was named the Eagles’ Young Player of the Year earlier this week.
Meanwhile, Julian Speroni, Jairo Riedewald and Pape Souare return to the bench as Palace aim to extend their unbeaten run to six games.
Darren Moore has also made just the one change to his team for this game, with Grzegorz Krychowiak replacing Matty Phillips.
There are three new faces on the bench though, with Sam Field, Hal Robson-Kanu and Oliver Burke included. Jonny Evans and Claudio Yacob have been dropped from the matchday squad.
