"In reflecting on the past 12 months, I suppose I should begin by looking at myself," he begins. "I feel as though I have developed as a manager, I have more confidence and belief than ever in what we are trying to do, and I have established a relationship with the players. It is also important to learn how to manage yourself when the team is going through a difficult period, and how to stay grounded when things are going well.
