Any returned tickets will go on sale to a Waiting List, which Season Ticket Holders and Members can join by clicking here.
Tickets sold out, Waiting List now open: 2026 UEFA Conference League Final

Our ticket allocation for the 2026 UEFA Conference League Final – which will see Crystal Palace face Rayo Vallecano on Wednesday, 27th May (20:00 BST / 21:00 CEST local time) – has now sold out, with a Waiting List open to all Season Ticket Holders and Members.
We received an initial allocation of 11,372 tickets for the Final, which has now sold out. All tickets will be digital, and sold via the UEFA Ticketing Portal – with no exceptions.
Please note that, as previously advised, Access Codes previously distributed to pre-registered Season Ticket Holders and Members expired at midnight on Monday, 18th May.
Supporters are urged to read the below information thoroughly, with the selling process differing from normal away tickets.
For supporters not going to Leipzig, there will be a screening of the Final at Selhurst Park, with big screens on the pitch and plenty of exciting additional features. Further details can be found here.
How to buy
STEP 1: Access codes will be distributed to qualifying supporters via email. Please note that codes will only be sent out if tickets remain available to purchase.
STEP 2: Once a supporter has their unique access code, they will then be able to purchase one ticket via the UEFA Ticketing Portal by following the step-by-step user guide here.
Tickets within each price category will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Buying in a group
Supporters can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction by using their friends’ and family’s access codes.
Please note that seats cannot be selected individually. However, supporters who purchase together in one transaction will be guaranteed to sit together, as long as they have purchased in the same category of ticket.
Alternatively, supporters can use the ‘Seat With’ function (see UEFA’s user guide) in the Ticketing Portal. In the majority of cases, UEFA will be able to sit you with your group if using this function.
Please note that supporters under the age of 18 are not permitted to use an access code; purchases must be conducted by an adult. If you are purchasing for an Under-18 supporter, please ensure you do this in the same transaction as your own ticket, and do not use the ‘Seat With’ function.
Tickets will initially be activated in the lead buyer’s account on the UEFA Ticketing app (see below). The lead buyer will then be able to distribute these tickets to the supporters they have purchased for.

Accessible tickets
We have 30 wheelchair spaces and PA tickets, and 40 Easy Access and PA tickets.
Only supporters who are registered as disabled with the club will be allowed PA tickets.
Disabled supporters who wish to sit within the standard allocation are welcome to do so – however, they will be required to purchase their PA ticket.
Disabled supporters should have registered their PAs at the time of ticket registration; if you do not receive an access code for your PA, please email dlo@cpfc.co.uk with ‘Missing code for PA’ in the subject bar, and we will send a code for you to use for your PA.
If you would like to sit in the Easy Access seating or the Wheelchair spaces, please email dlo@cpfc.co.uk with ‘Leipzig Accessible seating’ in the subject bar, detailing your Client Reference Number and the access code you have been emailed.
Do not use the code you are issued via CPFC main email, as this will not have access to the accessible area. Do not pass this code onto anyone else to use, as this will stop you purchasing your tickets the accessible area. Only codes issued by the DLO will have access to the accessible seating areas.
Please ensure that you email the DLO as soon as you have received your code from us. If we are over-subscribed for these areas, then sales will be processed via the Loyalty Points system.
Ticket delivery
All tickets for this game will be issued as 100% Mobile Digital Tickets and will be downloadable via the UEFA Mobile Tickets App:
Tickets cannot be retrieved via email to Apple or Google Wallets, and one account cannot be accessed from multiple devices (1 login = 1 phone). Please ensure you use the same phone to access the Leipzig Arena on the day of the match as you first access your ticket on.
Supporters can have multiple tickets on one device – however, it is recommended to have no more than two tickets on one device, to avoid slowing the queues at the turnstiles.
Once the supporter has received their ticket they are unable to forward on to anyone else. If a supporter can no longer attend the game, the supporter is required to send back to the lead buyer, who can put the ticket up for resale.
When possible, we recommend always sending to the individual ticket owner.
Important Information
All access codes are fully trackable and will be checked by the Palace Box Office.
Each code is unique and is allocated to each supporter. Your code is for your own individual use.
Any supporter found transferring or allowing another person to use their code will be blocked from purchasing away tickets for the 2026/27 season. The club will receive a report once the game has finished with each name used for each code.
Should the club find that a ticket is not purchased – or used – by the intended recipient of the access code, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket and apply further sanctions.
Qualifying supporters who have already purchased via the UEFA ballot will still be able to purchase within the above Sales Phases if they qualify.
