The Wales vice-captain joined Palace on the 11th January from Women's Super League club Everton.
By the 12th January, she had her first goal and win for the club - netting the only goal in a 1-0 away win at Sheffield United.
Ladd has started in every game since then, forming a key partnership with fellow midfielder My Cato.

Brady signed for Palace on the same day as Ladd, joining after a productive spell with Athlone Town in the League of Ireland.
She bagged 26 goals for the club in all competitions last year, firing them to a league title and an FAI Women's Cup.
The forward has made one appearance for the Eagles so far, coming on as a substitute against Durham in a 4-0 win at home.

19-year-old defender Newell signed for Palace on loan from Manchester United on the 23rd January.
She has risen through the international ranks, representing England throughout the various age groups, featuring at the Under-16, Under-17, and Under-19 level so far.
A ball-playing centre-back with an eye for a pass, Newell joins as an exciting young prospect with a big future in the game.
