Molly-Mae Sharpe is Palace Women's all-time appearance maker in the professional era.
Sharpe’s career starting with Bradford City, but she quickly caught the attention and made the move to the United States, where she combined studies at Miami’s Barry University with her burgeoning football career. Her senior year saw her score 14 times and provide 13 assists.
Joining Durham on her return to England, she was part of an unlikely promotion push, missing out on top spot to an impressive Leicester City in 2020/21 – despite scoring 10 times in 33 matches.
The forward went on to make 77 appearances for the Eagles during her first two seasons in South London, scoring 22 goals.
In 2023/24, Sharpe helped Palace win the Championship title and, with it, a historic promotion to the Women’s Super League.
She featured prominently for Palace during the 2024/25 season in the WSL, making 15 appearances and assisting twice.
Sharpe then played 17 times in the 2025/26 season in the WSL2 - scoring five and assisting three.
She also became the first-ever player to reach 100 appearances for Palace Women, getting her century against Durham in September 2025.
