Season tickets are available to buy in a one-off payment or via the **Direct Debit scheme**, which allows supporters to spread Season Ticket payments over 10 months. We are continuing to offer two options of payment dates (1st and 15th of each month) to help with supporters’ monthly budgeting.

In our designated family areas, Season Tickets for Under-10s are available from £100 for the season, which is £5.26 per match (based on 19 home league games). The accompanying adult rate is from £440 for the season, so £23.16 per home match.

The cheapest Season Tickets (outside of the designated Family areas outlined above, based on 19 league games) are:

- Adults from £545 (equivalent to £28.68 per match) in the Holmesdale Lower / Whitehorse; from £610 in the Arthur Wait; from £630 in the Holmesdale Upper, and from £705 in the Main Stand.
- Concessions from £370 (equivalent to £19.47 per match), and
- Juniors from £280 (£14.73 per league match).

*Concession pricing is available for supporters aged 18-21, over the age of 65, full-time students or those requiring a disabled Season Ticket.*

Your individual renewal rate will be clearly displayed on the ticket site (instructions below).

- All Season Ticket holders will once again be able to place their ticket(s) up for sale to fellow Season Ticket holders or Members for games they cannot attend and receive a credit/refund which is calculated as 1/19th of their Season Ticket less a 10% administration charge, per ticket per match.

Junior Members and Season Ticket holders enjoyed two fun-filled parties in SE25 and the Crystal Palace Supporters Children's Charity played Christmas games with a special meal served by their icons.

The Children's Charity also got to meet Santa and dance with Pete, Alice, and the Crystals. They were served a meal by Patrick Vieira, Eberechi Eze, Jaïro Riedewald, Chris Richards, Jordan Ayew, Tyrick Mitchell, Marc Guéhi and Julián Speroni, who has long supported the charity.

This year was the 50th event hosted for disadvantaged or disabled young local fans.

All Season Ticket holders have the option to resell their match ticket if they are unable to attend a match this season. You can also resell tickets on behalf of your friends and family.

Please note, you can place your tickets up for re-sale once the match is on-sale to other supporters – however, your tickets will only appear available for purchase to other supporters when the match is sold out. You can also reclaim your ticket as long as your ticket hasn’t been sold.

If you successfully resell your match ticket, you will receive 1/19th of your Season Ticket value back on your ticketing account minus a 10% administration fee. This credit will be able to be withdrawn from 1st December or can be held on your account to be used against a future Season Ticket purchase. To place your match ticket up for re-sale, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to your ticketing account with the email address associated with your Season Ticket
2. Click your name in the top right-hand screen and click ‘Personal Details’ in the drop-down menu
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see an ‘IMPORTANT INFORMATION’ box that includes a link to resell your ticket
4. A pop-up will then appear showing the matches you are able to resell
5. Select the tickets you would like to put up for sale and click ‘OK’
6. Confirm your resale by clicking ‘OK’ on the following screen
7. Once your ticket has been re-sold, you will receive an email confirming your ticket has been cancelled and resold

Existing Members or Season Ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets that have been put up for re-sale through the normal ticket purchase journey.

## **Ticket sharing**

Following feedback from supporters, we have updated our ticket sharing policy.

Season Ticket+ holders can transfer their tickets to any supporter with a Client Reference Number if they are listed as 'friends and family' on their ticketing account. You can add supporters to your account within your ‘Personal details’ on your ticketing profile. Supporters can also request an e-ticket from the Box Office free of charge.

All other Season Ticket holders can transfer a match ticket online or through the app to a Member or Season Ticket holder, free of charge. Supporters can also request an e-ticket from the Box Office for an admin fee of £10.

To share tickets, Season Ticket holders should follow the below steps:

 1. Login to your ticketing account with the email address associated with your Season Ticket+

 2. Click your name in the top right-hand screen and click ‘Tickets’ in the drop-down menu.

 3. Click on the match ticket you would like to share and click ‘Forward Ticket’

 4. Then click ‘FORWARD TICKET’ in the pop-up

 5. Select a ‘New owner’ and ‘New price type’ by using the drop-down menus. If you are a Season Ticket+ holder please ensure you choose the relevant Season Ticket+ age band for the new owner. If you are not a Season Ticket+ holder please use the standard age bands (adult/junior/senior).

    **\*Please note, you are unable to downgrade a ticket.**

 6. Once complete, click ‘FORWARD TICKET’

 7. If there is an upgrade fee to pay (e.g. from Junior to Adult) or an admin fee to pay, you will be taken to the checkout process

 8. To finalise your ticket transfer, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’, confirm your delivery method and click ‘NEXT’

 9. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click ‘Submit’ (If there is an upgrade fee to pay, you will enter your debit/credit card details at this stage.)

10. Your ticket has been shared.

The supporter you have shared your ticket with will receive an email confirming the ticket transfer. This email will include a link to download a digital ticket directly to their Apple or Google Wallet, ready for matchday.

As much as we all love to be at Selhurst Park on matchdays, we know that sometimes supporters’ plans change. So new for this season, supporters can now resell their tickets to fellow supporters, or share with friends and family.

Adult/child Season Tickets purchased together in designated family areas have been frozen for the ninth consecutive season.

In these areas, Season Tickets for under-10s are available from £95 for the season - that’s just £5 per Premier League match! The accompanying adult rate is from £420 for the season, just £22.10 per match.

For all other Season Tickets, a small price increase has been applied but this has been capped at a maximum of an additional £1.84 per ticket per match.

However, the roll-out of Season Tickets ahead of the Spurs game was far later than we had hoped and planned for, and this was caused by technical issues that we did our utmost to overcome. We are acutely aware that some Season Ticket holders experienced issues either with the switch to Mobile Ticketing, or delivery delays with e-tickets. 

We would like to sincerely apologise to any Season Ticket holder that was affected by such issues in the run up to the game. We know how frustrating and upsetting that must have been, and we are really sorry.
 
We understand that supporters understandably need more time, more communication, and in some cases, more support.
 
We would like to thank supporters for arriving in good time, especially for the early kick-off. We opened several reprint stations that worked effectively to provide solutions for those who did experience difficulties – and this is something we will continue to do, until all issues are ironed out. We were delighted that every supporter got into the stadium in time for kick-off and there were no major delays at the turnstiles.

We did see significant and positive take up of the Mobile Season Ticket option, and for those supporters with smartphones, we advise that this will be the best and most reliable way to store tickets and access Selhurst Park going forward.

With our next home match against Brighton 13 days away, we will keep the Season Ticket download option open until next Tuesday morning. Season Ticket holders who have not downloaded their Mobile Season Ticket by 9am on Tuesday 21 September will be emailed e-tickets for the Brighton game well in advance of the match.

How do I download my Season Ticket?

Mobile tickets will work on most Android phones purchased since 2015 if they are operating the latest software and have Google Pay installed. 

Please ensure you have enabled NFC in settings. 

If you are having trouble with your browser, try using an alternative browser; we recommend Google Chrome as the default browser. You must be signed in with Chrome with the Google account you use on the Play Store. 

This will ensure that your ticket is added to the correct account. If you receive an error which says that you have already downloaded, please [email the Box Office](mailto:boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk) with 'Google download issue' in the subject bar and we will be in contact. 

I am trying to download my ticket to an Android device but it is not working.

Can I share my ticket with someone else?

Please email [boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk](mailto:boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk) FAO Paul McGowan, detailing why your require a card; this request will then be authorised or rejected.

If rejected, you will be given another option to gain entry to the ground by email.

I don’t have a smartphone, or my phone doesn’t work and I need a card.

All Season Ticket holders aged 16 and under will gain access to Selhurst Park using a Season Ticket card; these cards were posted in September. 

Mobile tickets will also work for U16s if you have these loaded into your Apple Wallet / Google Pay. Parents of U16s can also download tickets to their phone so they will have multiple tickets stored. 

I am aged 16 or under - how do I download my Season Ticket?

No, a printed version of your digital ticket will not allow access to Selhurst Park. Entry with a digital ticket will only work using a smartphone.

Can I print my digital ticket?

We recommend all supporters ensure they have sufficient phone battery before setting off for the match. If your phone does run out of battery, please visit the Box Office inside the Selhurst Park Club Shop.

What happens if my phone battery dies while on the way to the match?

No. As long as you have your Mobile Ticket saved in your Apple Wallet / Google Pay in advance of arriving at the stadium, you do not require phone signal. Please make sure you have sufficient battery and turn your screen brightness up!

Do you need to have phone reception at Selhurst Park to use your Mobile Ticket?

Mobile Ticketing is compatible with iPhone 7 or any of the newer iPhone models, and most Android phones purchased since 2015.

Android users will need to ensure Google Pay is installed and set as the default payment mechanism, and enable NFC in settings. If Android users are having trouble with their browser, try using an alternative; we recommend Google Chrome as the default browser. You must be signed in with Chrome with the Google account you use on the Play Store. This will ensure that your ticket is added to the correct account.

How do I know if my phone is compatible and will work with Mobile Ticketing, and what do I do if it doesn't work on my phone? 

Some users have experienced issues when downloading multiple Mobile Season Tickets for friends / family members. Please try downloading your Ticket(s) via the website ([https://tickets.cpfc.co.uk/default.aspx](tickets.cpfc.co.uk)), in this instance ([Option 2 shown here](https://www.cpfc.co.uk/news/announcement/important-update-season-tickets-available-to-download-now/2021-09-09/)).

I’m having trouble downloading my friend / family member’s Season Ticket on the CPFC app, what should I do?

Yes. For Season Ticket holders who do not have a compatible smartphone to download their NFC pass to, you will be able to download their NFC pass to your device if you are accompanying them to the match.

To do this, they will need to log-in to their account on your phone, so you can download the NFC pass to your phone. This means you will have multiple passes on your phone.

When you approach the turnstile, select your friend or family member's pass first from your Google Pay/Apple Wallet, touch it to the reader and let them proceed through the turnstile. Then, select your own pass, tap it to the reader and enter.

Can I download my friend/family member’s NFC pass if they do not have a compatible smartphone?

You can only download your NFC pass once. If you delete your pass or if you receive an error saying that you have already downloaded please [contact the Box Office](mailto:boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk) who can resend you a link to download. Please ensure you include 'Send NFC Link' in the email subject bar

How many times can I download my NFC pass to my smartphone? What if I change phones?

Any fixture changes will automatically update on your mobile Season Ticket.

What happens if a fixture date or times change?

Season Ticket download FAQs

There are two ways to add your Season Ticket to your smartphone*.

Firstly ensure you have a Palace account with your Client Reference Number associated with your Season Ticket linked. [Follow the how-to guide on linking here](https://www.cpfc.co.uk/how-to-use-palace-app-and-website/). 

#### Option 1: using the CPFC app
 
Please watch this video and follow the instructions:

* Open the Crystal Palace app and login using the account registered to your Season Ticket.

* Click the ‘MORE’ button on the bottom right

* Click ‘TICKETS’

* Click ‘ACCESS FAN WALLET’

* Click on your Season Ticket

* Click ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Add to Google Pay’

* Follow the on screen instructions

#### Option 2: download directly from your tickets.cpfc.co.uk account

You can download your Season Ticket by [logging in to your Ticketing account](https://tickets.cpfc.co.uk/) from your smartphone (you cannot do this using a desktop computer).

* Login via the top menu using the account registered to your Season Ticket on your smartphone

All Season Ticket holders aged 16 and under will gain access to Selhurst Park using a Season Ticket card. 

#### Season Ticket holders with Memberships

Supporters who have purchased a Season Ticket and a Membership may have previously encountered issues with the Mobile Season Ticket download. We are satisfied that this issue has been resolved, and encourage these users to try to download their Mobile Season Tickets again as soon as possible.

#### Additional important information

* Previously issued Season Cards no longer grant access to Selhurst Park.

* If you’ve booked a Season Ticket for other people, please ensure their ticket is assigned to them on the Ticket website, and encourage them to download the Crystal Palace app and follow the journey outlined above. Their tickets should automatically appear in the Fan Wallet of their Crystal Palace app when they login if their details are assigned correctly in the Ticket website.

* Whilst supporters get used to the new technology and readers at the turnstiles, we continue to strongly advise supporters to arrive earlier than usual on matchdays – particularly those in the Holmesdale stand. Turnstiles open at least 90 minutes before kick-off.

E-tickets can be scanned at the turnstile on your smartphone or printed if you prefer. If you print your e-tickets, please use the fold lines and keep the ticket dry.

Mobile Season Ticket downloads will resume after the Leicester City game.

We strongly encourage supporters to arrive in good time on Sunday – turnstiles will be open from midday. If Season Ticket holders require support relating to their ticket on matchday, the Box Office (inside the Club Shop) is open from 9am on Sunday and reprint stations circled below will be open from midday, and we will arrange a ticket for you.

Season Ticket holders who did not download their Mobile Season Ticket prior to the Brighton fixture will be emailed an e-ticket for the Leicester match (Sunday, 2pm KO). Supporters do not need to request it, it will be sent automatically.

**Existing Season Ticket holder cards are no longer in use - they cannot be used to gain entry to Selhurst Park.**
 
We have invested significantly in the technology to enable us to meet this Premier League requirement, and whilst we are confident in the technology, we understand that this will be a big change for our supporters. As a result, we are going to be managing the roll-out of digital tickets in a phased approach.
 
**For the first match at Selhurst Park this season (v Brentford, 21 August), each Season Ticket holder has been emailed a ticket, which you should have received by the end of Monday night, 16 August.**
 
**Season Ticket holders can choose to download the ticket straight to their Apple Wallet (iPhone users) / Google Pay (Android users), or alternatively show a pdf attachment with a barcode at the turnstile. The pdf can also be printed if preferred, but for supporters doing so - please use the fold lines as shown and keep the ticket dry.**
 
We request that all supporters arrive at Selhurst Park earlier than usual due to this new process to ensure you are seated for kick-off, and have your barcode ready to be scanned when approaching the turnstile.
 
Please note, your existing Season Ticket card will not enable access to the stadium this season, and the email you receive is for the Brentford match **only**. We will be in touch with another update on the roll-out of digital Season Tickets after the Brentford match.

Once you have received an email from the Box Office with your tickets included, you will be able to choose **ONE** of the following options:

1. Download your ticket to your smartphone by either clicking the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ logo if using an iPhone or ‘GooglePay Save to phone’ logo if using an Android device. Please then follow the onscreen instructions.

2. Show the PDF attachment of your ticket at the turnstile on your phone.

3. Print the PDF attachment of your ticket ahead of the match and present the barcode at the turnstile.


How do I access my tickets for the Brentford game?

Only the ‘lead booker’ will receive an email with all tickets included. If you are the ‘lead booker’ and expected to receive an email with your ticket(s) on but have not yet been sent it, please check your Junk Mail / Spam folders.

What do I do if I or the person who booked my ticket has no access to email?

If you are using the pdf attachment on your phone screen please ensure:

* Please ensure you have sufficient battery, and the brightness level is set to maximum.

* Please have the barcode ready to be scanned when you approach the turnstile.

I want to use my smartphone, what do I need to check?

A PDF is attached to the email you receive from the Box Office. You can print this off prior to your trip to Selhurst, making sure to fold your ticket using the lines provided, as well as keeping the ticket dry.

How do I use a print at home ticket?

If you have purchased Season Tickets for other people in your group, such as friends or family, you are considered the ‘lead booker’ and all tickets will be emailed directly to you.

To reduce queues, we recommend that you share tickets with your group before arrival at the stadium. To do this, you can either forward on the PDF within your email to your group or print off your tickets in advance and distribute ahead of the match. 

Alternatively, you can download all tickets to your smartphone and pass the phone between your group at the turnstile.

I’ve booked tickets for friends/family - how do I ensure they get their tickets?

Yes, if you wish to share your ticket with someone else you can:

* Forward the email you receive to that person

* Print the PDF and give it to the person.

Going forward we will have an official re-sale process for games that sell out.

Can I share my ticket with someone else for the Brentford match?

If you do not have a smartphone or the capability to print your tickets, please email the Box Office at BoxOffice@cpfc.co.uk with the email subject line ‘no smartphone’ or alternatively call 0203 137 1108 (local rate number). To help us deal with your enquiry quickly, please include your Client Ref. and home postal address and rest assured, we will make alternative arrangements for you.

What do I do if I don’t own a smartphone or can’t print my tickets?

We recommend all supporters ensure they have sufficient phone battery before setting off for the match. If your phone does run out of battery, please visit the Box Office inside the Selhurst Park Club Shop.

Remember, you can print off your tickets in advance. Please use the fold lines as shown and keep the ticket dry.

We will issue an update regarding the process for Season Tickets after the Brentford match.
